Effective August 1, 2015: Martin Edwards starting using a new auction program. Where we can obtain all your information by scanning your North Carolina Driver’s License. Skip the line and come on Thursday and preregister and receive your bidder card.IF you do not have a valid North Carolina Driver’s License you can still register with a valid photo id.
